I went from hating this bank to only trusting this bank. The older I grow, I appreciate them more and more.I was just on a severely short time crunch to be able to get a new debit card, and without them even knowing I got in and got out within 9 minutes. I beat my lunch, was able to pay my insurance with a new card, and get back to work in time to eat my food. You guys are superb. And I love that gorgeous lady up front ???

This Credit Union Is A Scam!!!! They’re Stealing Money & Calculating It Trying To Make Sense Of Your Deductions. I Logged In & I Had No Negatives On My Account & A Balance Of $1331 & $35 Only Pending From It. Logged Off & My Cousin Sent Me $230 Off Cash App & $224 Deposited In My Account. I Logged Back On & It Showed The Money Came On There But My Balance Was Still $1331 & Showing Incorrect Negatives & Different Numbers From Previous Deductions. RUN AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION NOW. THEY HAVE NOW LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!!!! IM A COP. ONE THING YOU DONT DO IS STEAL!!!!

Joined this credit union because it was rated so high, they must have purchased that rating because it's for sure they didn't earn it. From the beginning, opening my account the employee was confused and unhelpful, hasn't gotten any better after giving them six months of benefit of the doubt, but they just aren't interested or capable of providing even mediocre customer service. So glad I did not use them exclusively before knew who they were, because I will be finding another credit union for my money. Does any one have a great credit union in Tallahassee? Stay away from this very poorly run business.

I have an auto-debit on a car loan that Proctor Honda forces me to use First Commerce for. I'm trying to change the date of that draft. No menu option or link anywhere to do that in their online banking system. Also nothing in the menu even allows me to see or edit my personal data. Repeated internal messages to them are replied to with, "Call us or come into a local branch." I'm not kidding. THAT's is their remedy. It's 2022, I don't want to call or worse, come into a bank. This should be a simple online transaction that takes 30 seconds. What a joke! For God's sake improve your online banking system so that it's not set to 1998 specifications! Worst experience I've had online since the internet was created. DO NOT USE this place if you're under 75 years old or unless you write checks in the Under 10-Items line at Publix.

Please don’t use the atms here . If the funds aren’t available in the atm the bank will still take your funds. I guess depending on the card you use. (I did use another card in this case) I’ve been a loyal customer with First Commerce for about 3 years now and I never had this problem before. For the bank to take your money and not dispense your cash is a big problem. This transaction happened last month on December 13 2021. And I still haven’t receive my funds back on my card as of yet. And now the dispute department is telling me it could be another 30 days.:/ I drove up to the middle atm , put the cash amount in the key pad I would like to receive. The cash didn’t come out. But the amount was deducted from my card balance . I should’ve been refunded immediately or the next day. Please keep cash in your atms so this won’t be a problem for other people.. This waiting process is to long and ridiculous.I need all my money :/

I had a great experience at my First Commerce Credit Union Old St Augustine office. I had several issues to take care of. For example a magazine was charging me subscription fees every month that I was not aware. I also had to renew my debit card and Nathan at the Customer Service desk and his boss Mandi helped me sorting through the whole thing making me feel really good. All very professional even though I got in there almost at the end of their day. Thank you!!! and for them ?

Be careful when cashing a check here. Since their inside is closed and their ATMs can not give out change when cashing a check they instead TAKE the change on TOP of their already $10 fee to cash the check! So my fee to cash my check, was MORE THAN $10 since they couldn’t give change. Pretty sure that’s illegal and I wonder how much money they’ve made off of their already paying customers.

I have had various issues over the years but in general I feel like they don't care about me as a customer. Today I was asked to wait outside while I waited for for assistance even though I had proper face cover. After 10 minutes I requested to be able to stand inside due to the heat and was told we don't have a lobby. Huge building and I cant stand anywhere to be out of heat. I was offered to wait in my car where the a/c doesnt work as well if not moving.When I attempted to express my frustration with the individual assisting me, there was no compassion. I really need to find a better bank. I hear good things about BB&T. Time to shop around!
