“my wife and I stayed here Aug 2. I made the reservation on super.com and got a great rate. when I checked in, they had us for an accessible room, but host Corey found us a better room, just what we needed. I watched him handle 3 unsatisfied customers professionally and quickly. When my wife came in tired, he graciously offered her a cold bottle of water. They had peanut butter cookies and good coffee. Room was good. Great shampoo. Breakfast had everything we wanted (except waffles). Location was convenient, just off I-10. Ladies that checked us out where very friendly.”

“Last weekend my friends stepped into Aloft to celebrate. The bartender, Jamal, was excellent! Later in the evening another patron tried to purchase a drink and Jamal denied him service because he was obviously impaired. I respect the decision and professionalism and yet, a while later the manager pulled him aside and essentially force him to serve the other guest. It’s really important to create a safe environment and I feel Jamal had made the decision as a professional. I think the manager should have trusted her employee and supported his decision. Jamal is the best!”

“Very convenient to my work location for this trip. Entire staff was very nice. Room was well kept. Liked the design to have kind-of two bathrooms: one for toilet/sink, one for shower/vanity. When you're traveling by yourself it doesn't make much sense, but for two or more it would be awesome. Another typical Marriott facility - grounds and rooms clean and looking good, great staff.”

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but mine had a little bit of a musty smell and had to ask for some freshener. Would’ve preferred brighter lighting in the bathroom and maybe an additional light in the room itself after it got dark. But very good value for the money.”

“Good value for the price. We paid around $80 for one night, and breakfast was included. The breakfast was better than what you usually get at budget hotels, with a decent selection. The room was clean overall. However, Room 105 had a noticeable musty smell, and the bed sheets felt old and a bit rough with some pilling. Overall, a solid 4-star stay for the price.”
