Horrible facility , dirty baseroom and inconsiderate employees Had to leave after an hour and 40 minute wait

Made an appointment but was never called up to be seen. Had to leave after an hour of waiting because I had to go back to work. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait for hours to be seen?

Not a great location. Always a long wait, and the front staff is a bit rude. 4+ hour walk in wait time on a Monday morning.
