“Had I reviewed this store a year ago it would have been 3 stars at best. Today however is a different story and it all comes down to customer service. Tony was the store salesperson who helped me. He was clearly new, but man was he motivated to help. Not to sell, but to help and there's a big difference. Finding pants that match a suit jacket can be a bit of a challenge with Jos A Bank thanks to their antiquated store and software design. That didn't slow Tony down, and the store manager was right there helping too. That in itself is a massive change. The part that blew me away was their seamstress. This lady not only joined in to help us find the right suit, but stayed late to alter the pants on both suits for me. She nailed it! Super friendly, highly talented, and determined to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for in a fitWent in for one suit and walked out with two. This wasn't because of high pressure but because the folks there went above and beyond to help. This store deserves 4 stars for design and clothing options, and a 5th star for incredible service from start to finish. I am changing where I shop and will be making this my go-to location. Well done folks!”

“Awesome customer service! Now, I have only been to this shop once, but the experience I had was so great that I had to write a positive review. I walked in with DISGUSTING bearings. He offered to clean them at no charge. He could've sold me a brand new set of bearings, but he offered a solution to my issue that was best for me. Not only that, he took the time to educate me on the different types of bearings he had what made them better. He gave me all my options, and helped me make the best choice for my situation.”

“I was greeted at the front door! She held the door open for me and complimented my outfit. I had no issues picking up my online order. I went to try on my boots (my first pair of real leather) and I was concerned about the fit. The same associate who greeted me saw that I was concerned and made her way over to me and asked what was going on. I explained. She felt the boot on my foot and asked me a few questions and explained how boots are supposed to fit and that I had the right size.I absolutely adore my new cowboy boots and really appreciated the friendliness of this store. Also, I wanted EVERYTHING in this store. You all have a new customer! Thank you!”

“F21 is nothing like it use to be when I was in high school. They barely have enough clothes and I am highly disappointed that they don't sell plus sizes in the store anymore. That doesn't make sense to me. There was a newly hired employee who tried to help us. She was very nice.”

“Go Noles . My old stomping ground and 1st University I attended so had to take a look at this store. Even though I transferred to another school that actually my Yelpie found for me I still remember the days in Tally and the spirit of the Noles. We did not have all the Seminole merch they have now .You can easily deck your house in it and Tally is such a college town with over 70000 students now that I can imagine this store must do well. They had glassware, any shirt you could imagine and even decorative lights for outside of your home. Worth a look!”

“I love the selection of unique clothing and gift items. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rated 4 stars because the signs posted regarding sales were not correct. I selected items and when they did not ring up on sale, I was told the items were not a part of the sale. Management should vet the sales prior to posting signs. I was very disappointed. Otherwise, I enjoy shopping here!”

The one girl manager they have there is excellent.They were sold out in the size 24 in both the mom and straight jeans. She ordered my daughter two pairs of jeans in-store free shipping, to her apartment in the size 24. Very pleased with the customer service we received!”

“Love their store and will buy a pea coat or 2 when they come in within the next 2 weeks. One employee told me the pea coats should b in the low $60.00 range. When living in Philadelphia pa I had 2 pea coats and they r great 4 warm and wearability and made well. Last 4 ever. Must get them dry cleaned after winter passes.”

“I saw the signs today that this particular Macy's is closing. I am a huge fan of Macy's and it is sad to see locations closing. Macy's is such a part of our history. Department stores defined what a store should be back in the day. Soon, discount stores came into fashion and then the internet. Hey, head over to this location while you can. “I highly recommend this place they are amazing. Best experience I have ever had with buying dress clothes. I had a formal wedding to go to and couldn't find anything to wear around my area. Drove to Tallahassee for the wedding went to Nics at 12 o'clock on a Saturday. The wedding was at 430 that day. They had just what I needed except the length of pants to fit me so they had the seamstress stop in and hem the pants to fit me. They got it done by 2 o'clock so I had time to pick them up and get dressed. Definitely went over and above for thanks guys.”
