Cam assisted us and demonstrated their state of the art feet structure / mechanics scanning system. He then showed the resulting images and explained them clearly. I was then confident the proposed shoe options were the best. Excellent experience.”

“I was on a hunt for dark Birkenstock clogs for my daughter. Her particular size was out of stock everywhere and all the other stores carried the lighter color.
Until I walked in to Journeys and met ASHLEY!! She asked if she could help me. After not seeing any on display, I was reluctant to tell her what was looking for. But I did - dark brown Birkenstock clogs, size 38.
She started to say what they have is out - but then remembered something… she quickly went to the back room and came out with a box. Dark brown size 38?? It was the ONLY ONE IN THE STORE! (Maybe in all of Tallahassee in my mind!) I asked if I could hug her! She obliged and I went forward with my purchase, even got the waterproof spray!

“Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but my salesperson was fantastic! I was complaining about how Air Jordan’s are cut now, and they don’t work for me anymore even though I love them. She brought me over to the youth section ( where I would of never looked ) and made a few suggestions, she was right on point, and I tried on 3 pairs and she gave me feedback when I asked for it. Super impressed with this young woman ( I’m 54) and very pleased with my purchase.”

“This comment is for DSW as a whole. It would be nice if the sizes of shoes were printed on the same piece of paper that you put your prices on. Yes you can buy different sizes online while shopping in store when your size 11/12 it gets overwhelming & Frustrating When you find a shoe you like and then realize they only go up to size 10.
So for that reason, I usually just go to the clearance section because of clearance section is done by size.”

“Walked in and was impressed by the layout doesn’t look like a skate shop, but in a good way. Spent an hour debating on which shoe I wanted and the guy that was working at the time was great. We talked shoes and skating for an hour. Then the other associates came in and they were super nice too. Can’t wait to go back when the new SB Dunks drop.
