“I've been getting ready for my first marathon, so I wanted to make sure I bought the right running shoes instead of just ordering something online. The staff had me do a quick foot measurement and watched me walk and jog to check my gait before making any recommendations. I thought that was pretty cool because they were actually trying to find what fit me best. I tried several pairs including the Brooks Ghost 16, HOKA Clifton 10, and ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27. After going back and forth for awhile, I ended up with the Brooks Ghost 16 since it just felt the most comfortable for the longer runs I have planned. Everyone was patient and never rushed me, even though I probably tried on more shoes than most people. I've already put a few miles on them and they feel great. If you're in Tallahassee and need running shoes, especially for training or a marathon, I'd definitely stop here first.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Kids Foot Locker in Governors Square Mall thanks to Raya and Ramiah! We were initially greeted by Ramiah, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to properly measure my nephew’s foot and guided us to the section with sneakers in his size. Although he didn’t find anything he liked at first, we appreciated her patience and willingness to help. After visiting several other stores without success, we returned—and Ramiah welcomed us back with the same positive energy. She continued assisting us while balancing other customers, never making us feel overlooked. Eventually, my nephew found two pairs he liked, and that’s when Raya stepped in. Her attention to detail was truly impressive. She carefully checked the fit of each shoe, making sure they weren’t too wide, too tight, or too short. That level of care and expertise really stood out. Raya also helped us pick out socks to go with the sneakers, and my nephew was so happy with his choices that he wore one pair right out of the store! As a final touch, she even boxed up his old sneakers as neatly as if they were brand new. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with our purchases, but even more impressed by the exceptional customer service. Raya and Ramiah went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
