“Shopping at Cadence Running was truly a great experience! My husband and I came to this store to look for some everyday walking/running shoes. We were greeted upon arrival and then approached about 5 minutes into looking. Caden who helped us was very knowledgeable about the shoes my husband tried on and the ones we asked about. The store also had a great variety of shoes such as On’s, Brooks, Altras, Keens, Solomon, and Asics to name a few. Could not have asked for better customer service! Can not wait to shop again!”

He offered to clean them at no charge. He could've sold me a brand new set of bearings, but he offered a solution to my issue that was best for me. “I was greeted at the front door! She held the door open for me and complimented my outfit. I had no issues picking up my online order. I went to try on my boots (my first pair of real leather) and I was concerned about the fit. The same associate who greeted me saw that I was concerned and made her way over to me and asked what was going on. I explained. She felt the boot on my foot and asked me a few questions and explained how boots are supposed to fit and that I had the right size.I absolutely adore my new cowboy boots and really appreciated the friendliness of this store. “Hibbetts is always underrated. They have great merchandise with great deals through the year. They carry the same great products as most shoe stores and athletic stores. They have high end merchandise along with merchandise for the frugal soul. I have grabbed a pair of space jams and retro 5 gold medals from here. The staff has been really helpful every time I have came in. I would say they are not always the most knowledgeable, but they have always been nice and willing to help. love staff that wants to help but not overbearing. love the FSU sales after the season.”

“Governor's Square fools you a bit from the outside. But go ahead and step inside, and the place is super clean and nice. Truly one of the nicer malls I've ever been to. The tile on the floor looks great. I went on Monday afternoon and it had a healthy amount of traffic. Id recommend this mall to anyone within an hour radius.”

“I can't even explain how amazing the customer service at this store was!!! Right before everything was shut down I was put on a call list for a pair of shoes for my wedding. My local store did not have the size I needed. Well then COVID-19 happened and everything shut down. For the last 2 weeks I have been calling Aldo stores all around the country looking for A) an open store and B) my shoe!! I called this store and they had my shoe and my size. Unfortunately I live 3 hours away :( BUT I was lucky because my sister would be passing through Tallahassee but not until a week after I called. I explained that this shoe was for my July 11th wedding and they were gracious enough to put my shoe on hold until my sister could come get it!!! I am so impressed with how friendly everyone was! “My entire experience was awesome. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have so much appreciation for the young lady who helped me. I have been saving my receipt so I wouldn't forget the associates name who helped me, Ciera H. She was one of the most patient, respectful, and helpful associates that I've ever had a shoe store.I originally ordered some shoes online, they came in the wrong size so I brought them into the store to see if they could exchange them for me. Ciera assisted me in re-ordering the shoes with no problem. Then she started telling me how I actually saved money by ordering them through the store.As it would go, they didn't have the size that I needed so I was a little upset. Ciera immediately started telling me that she would help me find some in the store or even online. She was like "we have a whole catalog on the internet that you can choose from". Me being me, picky as I am, I didn't find anything in the store so we went back to the computer and she scrolled through screen after screen, brand after brand offering her suggestions and telling me about which brands were in style the most and which were the most comfortable.Because of how patient she was with me, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes (received them at my doorstep 2 days later) and I was just so thankful to have had her because most associates would've got irritated, gave me a website, or started to rush me. Her whole demeanor never changed the entire time. It was almost as if she was shopping for herself, she genuinely wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. “This location is loaded with great gear. Occasionally they will have competitive prices which is what is needed. Love the Jordan wall and all the great gear to match. Staff is usually nice, but I find it odd how often I get passed for help compared to others. Looking for Basketball shoes or Jordan's ? This is the place to go.”

“Fleet Feet is the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect pair of shoes which were Altra. They have a roomier toe which is just what I needed. The return policy is good. You can even wear the shoes outside for awhile and if they don’t work out you can exchange or return them. I really love my Altra shoes.”
