I recently switched from Suddenlink/Optimun to METRONET in Bryan Texas for internet services and cancelled my cable. WOW What a difference! The speed is much faster and it’s unlimited data. Much more reliable than local cable company. I work from home and I cannot afford to have outages. They buried the cables which is great in hurricane prone areas. So far I have only experienced one short outage. I won’t be going back to cable.

Great customer service received by Fiber Technician Brayden! He was prompt, polite, professional and knows his job very well. Saved me from having to have additional unnecessary work done and resolved my issue.
