Don't forget your prescription for B12 injection otherwise they can't administer it. I really wish that was made clear before check-in. I waited a long time. Besides that, the clinicians were very hospitable.

I want to highly recommend a raise for Olivia for being so professional, caring, patient and kind. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease.
