“We truly had a great experience with Economy Moving and Storage. When I contacted the company to schedule our delivery the young lady was pleasant and efficient. They gave us an 8 hour window but the gentleman called an hour before in the morning and told us the precise time that he would be there. Our delivery came in 3 very large, heavy boxes and he made it as easy as possible for us. He went out of his way to make sure that we didn't either kill ourselves or damage the product getting it down our wooded driveway to our car port. “I have used 2 Men and a Truck for several moves in different parts of Florida, and I have yet to have a bad experience. But up in Tallahassee, we had Tyus, Javon, and Demonte as our movers— they were awesome!!! As was Carolyn in the office, she was quick to contact back for the move, kind, not “pushy.” Tyus called when they were on their way, which was exactly the scheduled time for the move. They walked through both places and planned out how to move all the items. Our movers went above and beyond to help when they didn’t need too, they graciously helped move a washer and dryer in the new place we were moving too (which turned out to be a bit of a pain because of the water), and replace them with our own set. They wrapped all our TVs and furniture so that nothing would get damaged. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our move.Thank you SO much guys!!!! Y’all deserve recognition for the whole water debacle lol. We can’t thank you enough.-Amanda and Zach”
