“We have been clients of Storage King Capital Circle since 2018, even before it was bought by Storage King. But we just discovered that their biggest recent boost came when they invited Dave to work the busy weekends for them. He is a consummate professional in every way, and explained one of my billing questions to me in a considerate and respectful, manner. My husband, who was with me, was enjoying a chance encounter in the parking lot beforehand with a fellow firefighter and his wife that we had not seen in many years. We were able to endorse this Storage King Facility as a safe place to store their her mother's belongings. But the icing on the cake was when, ever-friendly Dave, welcomed us inside and volunteered to take a photo of the four of us as we traded jokes. I would just add that I didn't realize it at the time, but he took a great photo of us that included a sign promoting Storage King on the wall behind us. Now, smilin' Dave is one good-hearted and smooth employee that y'all need to hang onto! I will post the photo as it appeared on our firefighter friend's Facebook page:”

“I began renting a storage unit the beginning of August from Economy Storage. It had to be the busiest time of the year with students moving back to town. Jeremy at Economy helped us secure a unit even though they were sold out. He has always been helpful, professional, friendly, and kind from the very first time we called inquiring about a unit. We moved out of our unit on Saturday. Jeremy called today still being helpful, kind, friendly, and professional. If I ever need storage again I would definitely rent from Economy again based on my interactions with Jeremy. I hope Economy Storage realizes how great of an asset Jeremy is to their company.”

You have 24 hour access to your units. I have had to retrieve & store items at all hours of the day & night & have never felt unsafe. The property is well lit, another plus in the security column for safety. The premises are video monitored so that if God forbid something bad should happen, then the situation can be quickly resolved with local law enforcement.”
