My experience at Quest labs has always been positive and this was no different. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I was especially impressed with Monica who was as cheerful at 6:30 AM as anyone can be. And, I learned that she commutes over an hour one-way each day. Just very impressed with her and all the personnel.
