A very nice lady spent quite a while steaming and stretching then cleaning and shaped it back to where it should be. She wouldn't let me pay anything. My son needed a suit for an upcoming school event. After comparing prices at other retailers the prices here are hands down the best. Affordable and great quality. “Today I had the pleasure of stopping at this store to get some work shoes. There are many shoe clerks there and they are very helpful and attentive. While checking out, the system AND my card had a slight mishap lol. The chatty cashier (I didn't get to catch her name but she was very nice and wholesome in her interaction with me) was very apologetic. Carl was awesome, fixed the machine and sped the process right along. Mr.Jeff supervised and offered some comical input. All in all I had a great experience. I will definitely be back.S/N. Some Crocs for women were on sale for $15 !!!!”

“This comment is for DSW as a whole. It would be nice if the sizes of shoes were printed on the same piece of paper that you put your prices on. Yes you can buy different sizes online while shopping in store when your size 11/12 it gets overwhelming & Frustrating When you find a shoe you like and then realize they only go up to size 10.
So for that reason, I usually just go to the clearance section because of clearance section is done by size.”

“Walked in and was impressed by the layout doesn’t look like a skate shop, but in a good way. Spent an hour debating on which shoe I wanted and the guy that was working at the time was great. “Governor's Square fools you a bit from the outside. But go ahead and step inside, and the place is super clean and nice. Truly one of the nicer malls I've ever been to. The tile on the floor looks great. I went on Monday afternoon and it had a healthy amount of traffic. Id recommend this mall to anyone within an hour radius.”
