T.J. Maxx is an off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer fashions at amazing value. The store provides a nice variety of tech items and a great selection of stuff for dogs, including chews, treats, beds, and toys. Many find it a go-to store for gifts with great pricing, leading to a pleasurable experience and a friendly staff. However, some note the location can be in drastic need of restocking and does not offer as much as it used to. A common complaint is the very slow line, with often not enough people working the registers, causing long waits.

It was cool I got some awesome clothes, but they need to add self checkout or something because 4 cashiers is not enough to handle 20 people at once. Great prices but definitely add some extra self checkouts for people who don’t wanna wait 25min to pay.

I was a little surprised that the manager would not open up another register or at least get behind the register to help the two cashiers today. The line was extremely long, and I felt that the cashiers were doing the best they could, but clearly people were frustrated.
