“BARRY IS AWESOME!! He was standing at attention, just waiting to help someone. He was dressed extremely well, and even went and got my tired grandmother (who just had surgery) a chair from across the store so she could wait comfortably for us grandkids to finish shopping. He was very efficient the whole time checking us out. A good example of this is when the security tags for two items were stuck, he took them to the other register and got them off, instead of making us take it there ourselves (which has happened to me at other stores). We got 20 items for $610 so there were good deals, but when we decided $200 for a purse was too much with everything else, he didn’t make us feel bad, instead he just complemented how good our taste in purses is. I didn’t like that there was only one fitting room, that wasn’t largely labeled, on the first floor (there’s 2 more small ones on the second floor). I also didn’t like how few rooms there were. However, Barry was very positive and left a very good impression on us.”

From the first person with whom I came into contact, Sandra I believe was her name, to last person, J’Mere, loading a chair in my vehicle, was NOTHING short of five star service. I cannot give them enough praise. So much so I have remembered their names until today, a week later, to be sure and sing their well deserved praises. Edwardo, Fred, and one more lady I did not get her name. You all are phenomenal. Your were kind, helpful, selfless, caring, thoughtful, professional, polite, hurried because the rain was coming and I had purchased nearly $2,000 in furniture, came together in seamless teamwork moving my items to the front of the store in rapid and efficient time, worked together to check me out, helped me load it, all hands on deck…. I truly cannot say enough. And in stark contrast to two visits to your sisters, TJMax and Home Goods this same week. As amazing as you all were, they failed. So, well done Marshall’s Tallahassee!!!!! “My male hound/lab mix is usually very over reactive with new people to the point I don’t like taking him around anyone very often. He was comfortable with them & they were absolutely amazing/patient with him. When he started to act up over his nail trim, they handled everything quickly/perfectly without a hesitation. They were able to get him under control and get it done which is fantastic because he is very strong for his size & very determined to avoid the nail clippers. They were calm, collected and extremely efficient. Their team is superior and very in sync with each other. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who may have animals that are reactive to either people or certain care services like nail trims. They knew exactly what to do and how to handle his behavior and were so kind to him despite his attitude problem lol. We will be using them for every service they offer that my boy may need from now on. I’m so thankful for how they treated him and for getting the services he needed done. “I frequently shop at Ross on the weekends. I went there on Sunday Nov 2. Shopping for a pair of work boots and some work pants. And I just want to compliment a few of the employees for there outstanding customer service skills. First off all I want to Say Mrs. Sheree who was working in the back of the store in the fitting rooms she was very polite and helpful to all the customers and doing a great job keeping the fitting rooms nice and clean and with a smile on her face which is rare. I told here what a great job she was doing. And I felt the need to recognize her for her commitment to great customer service. It doesn't go unoticed. Also I want to recognize Mrs. Katrina the store manager who was working front cash register she is always very polite and speaks to every customers as they walk into the store keeps a smile on her face and always helpful when I go to her register. Also she is an amazing saleswoman. She convinced me into getting a Ross Credit Card. Last but not least Mr Avele a new employee was working at the register up front as well that day I ended up going back through his line to get another pair of pants . This young man was very professional with great customer service skills. Kept the line moving while interacting well with the customers. Everyone appreciates great customer service and I would like these employees to know their work doesn't go unoticed. I've worked in retail and it can be demanding at times and hard to keep a smile on your face but these three employees are amazing and create a great shopping experience. Thank you guys!”

So the wonderful person at the Pick-up counter checked all over town, and found out that the Thomasville Road store had Five in stock. I was relieved, and drove there right away. It turned out they only had One in stock, but the pick-up desk person went and got it for me!Then it turned out that the box was torn, although the inner wrapping was undamaged. So then the Target employee reduced the price because the packaging was torn! I saved some money, got exactly the present I wanted, and was so pleased with the help and thoughtfulness of the Target employees at both stores. I LOVE shopping at Target.”

Usually my trips there are in and out. Would recommend, especially for bathing suits. They have a lot of variety and it's affordable, too!”

Ulta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands.
