“BARRY IS AWESOME!! He was standing at attention, just waiting to help someone. He was dressed extremely well, and even went and got my tired grandmother (who just had surgery) a chair from across the store so she could wait comfortably for us grandkids to finish shopping. He was very efficient the whole time checking us out. A good example of this is when the security tags for two items were stuck, he took them to the other register and got them off, instead of making us take it there ourselves (which has happened to me at other stores). We got 20 items for $610 so there were good deals, but when we decided $200 for a purse was too much with everything else, he didn’t make us feel bad, instead he just complemented how good our taste in purses is. I didn’t like that there was only one fitting room, that wasn’t largely labeled, on the first floor (there’s 2 more small ones on the second floor). I also didn’t like how few rooms there were. However, Barry was very positive and left a very good impression on us.”
“Kohl’s in Tallahassee is a solid place to shop, especially if you’re deal-savvy. The merchandise selection is generally good, and the sales combined with Kohl’s Cash, coupons, and clearance items can lead to some genuinely great finds. When everything lines up, the value is hard to beat. Many staff members are friendly and helpful, which makes the shopping experience better when the store isn’t too busy.
That said, the experience isn’t always consistent. Checkout and returns can be slow when the store is understaffed, and some areas could use better organization. Product quality can also vary, particularly with online orders, so it’s worth checking items carefully. Overall, it’s a good store with strong deals, but a little more consistency in staffing, organization, and quality control would make it even better.”

“I recently visited our local Marshall’s, Tallahassee, and had an exceptional shopping experience. From the first person with whom I came into contact, Sandra I believe was her name, to last person, J’Mere, loading a chair in my vehicle, was NOTHING short of five star service. I cannot give them enough praise. So much so I have remembered their names until today, a week later, to be sure and sing their well deserved praises. Edwardo, Fred, and one more lady I did not get her name. You all are phenomenal. Your were kind, helpful, selfless, caring, thoughtful, professional, polite, hurried because the rain was coming and I had purchased nearly $2,000 in furniture, came together in seamless teamwork moving my items to the front of the store in rapid and efficient time, worked together to check me out, helped me load it, all hands on deck…. I truly cannot say enough. And in stark contrast to two visits to your sisters, TJMax and Home Goods this same week. As amazing as you all were, they failed. So, well done Marshall’s Tallahassee!!!!! You have redeemed my faith in your company and kept a loyal customer from leaving. And I don’t think this was for show. What I saw was genuine, heartfelt character. You all are the real deal.”

“I frequently shop at Ross on the weekends. I went there on Sunday Nov 2. Shopping for a pair of work boots and some work pants. And I just want to compliment a few of the employees for there outstanding customer service skills. First off all I want to Say Mrs. Sheree who was working in the back of the store in the fitting rooms she was very polite and helpful to all the customers and doing a great job keeping the fitting rooms nice and clean and with a smile on her face which is rare. I told here what a great job she was doing. And I felt the need to recognize her for her commitment to great customer service. It doesn't go unoticed. Also I want to recognize Mrs. Katrina the store manager who was working front cash register she is always very polite and speaks to every customers as they walk into the store keeps a smile on her face and always helpful when I go to her register. Also she is an amazing saleswoman. She convinced me into getting a Ross Credit Card. Last but not least Mr Avele a new employee was working at the register up front as well that day I ended up going back through his line to get another pair of pants . This young man was very professional with great customer service skills. Kept the line moving while interacting well with the customers. Everyone appreciates great customer service and I would like these employees to know their work doesn't go unoticed. I've worked in retail and it can be demanding at times and hard to keep a smile on your face but these three employees are amazing and create a great shopping experience. Thank you guys!”
“Other than being followed around like i was trying to steal 🤣 while no1 asked if I needed any help, my experience was pretty good. I was able to find everything that I needed while on vacation there. And let's not forget how clean and organized the store was. Kudos to the staff for that.”
