Terrible experience, terrible customer service, scammy business practices when you leave to another carrier. T-Mobile has better prices and service. Not worth it.
& to Mr. Know It All that works at this location and wanted to argue with me multiple times across the store in a conversation he was not apart of.. I DID get charged autopay today even though you argued that I wouldn’t since my account is “canceled.” It appears you dont quite know it all, how ironic. I switched to T-Mobile 3 months ago and lost all access to my Verizon account and have been charged $307 on autopay since.

I visited the Verizon store to gain assistance on Saturday January 4th due to me attempting retrieve access to my Verizon account after I reached my maximum attempts to log in. Upon visiting there were 3 men working and I explained my situation since I was switching my service. They were very sassy. One man asked how much my bill was and asked “you can’t afford that?”. As a single woman and college student paying bills on my own I felt that was so unnecessary and disrespectful. I had more help with customer service over the phone than with these 3 men who basically disregarded my need of assistance. These men need to have more training on customer service.

Frustrating Experience with Verizon Authorized Retailer
I recently had a highly frustrating experience with a Verizon Authorized Retailer that left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. The associates at this location seemed to lack the basic knowledge and training needed to provide effective customer service, which only compounded my issues.
The main problem arose during a phone trade-in process. I approached the store with all the necessary information and documentation, expecting a smooth transaction. However, the associates were clearly not well-versed in the trade-in procedure. They fumbled through the process, providing me with incorrect information and struggling to operate their systems.
Despite my attempts to clarify the steps and ensure everything was done correctly, they made several errors that resulted in a significant delay and a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth. I left the store feeling more confused than when I arrived, and the situation only escalated when I realized the trade-in value was not applied correctly to my account.
It’s disheartening to see a company like Verizon partner with retailers who don't prioritize customer service or training. This experience has not only wasted my time but has also led to a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I would strongly advise anyone considering a trade-in or any complex transaction to think twice before visiting this particular retailer. It's essential to ensure you are working with knowledgeable staff who can handle your needs efficiently.

It's a shame there is no such thing as "negative stars." I switched to Verizon a few months ago, and you cannot get a live person to help you online, thus you are forced to go spend hours in their store. Months after starting my account, I still cannot log in through their portal. I regret choosing Verizon, their service could not be worse.

Jhane I believe was her name today was absolutely fantastic. She was quick, went out of her way to run to the other store to get the phones we wanted and the exact colors we wanted too! She has the best customer service , so sweet to us even with our fussy 6 month old. She was patient and kind! When I left I immediately asked how I could rate my experience! 1000000/10. Thanks girl!

It was so easy, took about 45 minutes from start to finish to purchase a new phone and transfer all data. Thank you Rob.

This place is not an official Verizon store. The people working here are strictly for commission. I went in with an issue and they tried to sell me a $1000+ new phone. Went to the one on Apalachee Pwy and they laughed and said I didn’t need to buy a new iPhone. This is the second time this store has done this. The last time the sales person sold me a iPhone that was supposed to be new , however it was refurbished not new.

I haven’t written a review before but I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service.
The women who was suppose to be helping me was extremely rude and disrespectful. Attitude was incredibly inappropriate and she did not help whatsoever. This women should be fired.
I will be cancelling my entire service.

This place is the most unorganized store I've visited in a longtime, and the staff at this location are clueless and extremely incompetent at best. You go in and there are 5 employees in the lobby and only two are with customers. The so called manager seems to think he's to good to help any one and the other two that's doing absolutely nothing are just standing there laughing and talking amongst themselves. No one acknowledges you and I guess they think you're just suppose to sit and wait forever! Not today buttercup! my time is just as valuable as yours.
the employees and manager here reminds me of sleazy used car salesmen that couldn't make it in the car industry, so now they sell phones!

This is not a true Verizon vendor. You will never get the service you get at a real Verizon store. I feel like the agents are not as knowledgeable and the store is not able to do all of the things that a real Verizon store can do.

I went in this store with an iPhone I purchased in full from T-Mobile, wanting it to be ported over to my grandson's plan with Verizon. The employee I talked with was wholly confusing, and kept changing what Verizon could offer. Then, he told me Verizon could not work with my 1Phone; I would have to buy a new phone. First he talked about trading in my phone; then he said they would finance the cost over a contractual term of three years. At that point, nothing was very clear to me, and when I asked what would happen if I died during the contract term, he said he didn't know. Enough was enough. This was the worst customer service experience I have had in a long. long time! I could not recommend this store to anyone else.
