“Hristos has been absolutely amazing to work with. He's attentive, professional, and always quick to respond to my emails. No matter what I need, he makes sure I have the information and materials as quickly as possible. Our company is based in Hollywood, but we're currently working on a hotel renovation project in Tampa, and Hristos has been a huge help every step of the way. He's gone above and beyond not only for this project, but also with materials for our day-to-day service calls at other locations. It's hard to find a sales rep who is as knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive as he is. His customer service is top-notch, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about helping his customers. Hristos will continue to be my go-to Ferguson representative, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service.”

“I needed some repair pieces to my Kohler toilet and had been to Home Depot with no luck because it was not a brand they carried so I went to Ferguson in Sunrise/Tamarac to see if they carried the replacement parts. I had taken some pictures of the back of my toilet because I knew I couldn't determine what the part numbers were. I had Wintavius special order one part and he was very nice. He looked at the photos and then looked up the part on his computer. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Quick and easy. I then figured out that I needed one more part so I returned to have Ricardo help me in pretty much the same way except this part didn't need to be ordered. He looked it up and then went to the area of the warehouse and pulled the item for me. Once again, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Ferguson for your unique plumbing needs. Thanks again.”

“I purchased the full suite of high-end kitchen appliances for a new home here and I would return back to this provider if I needed to. Highly recommended, even if you love Sub-Zero or other high end brands, you still want to work with a provider who can give you the best-in-class in each appliances category rather than going to the Sub-Zero showroom and getting locked into some bundles that are not best-in-class. Plus, I don’t think I spent more here than what I would spend elsewhere, so prices and service are also competitive.”

On this past Tuesday evening, I decided to drop by the store and low and behold there it was that special sofa that I had been looking for. Ms. Ebony saw me and said were did you come from. I told her that I saw her helping other customers so , I just helped myself. I’ve found what I wanted I started to her and she followed me to the floor and I said come write me up now before I change my mind and she laughed. So she typed up my invoice and I paid she gave me instructions about my delivery. So I purchased a sofa and a rug and it’s very beautiful it’s a birthday gift to myself. I want to thank ms. “Exceptional Service, Great Prices, and Organized Store - A Hidden Gem for Fan Shopping!I recently visited Home Depot with the intention of purchasing a fan, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Having previously ordered one online, only to find it disappointingly small, I decided it was time to see what Home Depot had to offer. From the moment I stepped inside and asked a staff member about the fans, I knew I was in good hands. The employee promptly directed me to the designated fan section, where I found a diverse range of models to choose from. Considering I needed a fan for my bedroom, I opted for a medium-sized one. To my delight, the price was even more affordable than what I had seen on Amazon, despite the fan being larger. What impressed me the most was the store's exceptional organization. It was evident that the staff knew exactly where each item was located, making the shopping experience a breeze. It's refreshing to visit a store where you can easily find what you need without any hassle.Home Depot truly stands out for its knowledgeable and helpful staff, their competitive prices, and the well-organized layout of the store. If you're in search of a fan or any other items for your home improvement needs, I highly recommend giving Home Depot a visit. You won't be disappointed.”
