The 2 tellers Would not let me deposit money into my account refused to take my money I have been a Truist customer for years this is the wierd branch ever it was my first and last time coming here

We have had nothing but a great experience here at this branch. Ann and Shawn are always so helpful, answer questions, and treat us like real human beings. The tellers are polite and friendly. We see some of the reviews report how "slow" it is here. What we have found is that they don't rush the customer. They answer the questions and try to help everyone. That is one reason we gave a 5-star review. In this rat race world where people become a number and rushed as if they are an inconvenience, this branch truly excels in what true "customer service" is.

Very bad attitude to threat immigrants people. They don't want to chash out money from gift car. How I can make them understand that I need the money to feed my family??

3 peple behind the counter and only one person working, over 30 minutes with one person and everytime i come here, its the same thing, i only used this bank because of distance but i'm gonna close my account here, its just a waste of time. Nothing but older, slower staff, who like to chat up customers, never using time management skills

I was after a customer thats was Getting help from someone at the desk now the line getting long the person that was helping got help she help someone that was After me they left now she helping at window I’m sitting here she tell me that she Have to get the line down im sitting here so that means i have to wait after the other ppl that came in after me that’s at the teller cashing checks hiw funny is that when i was here before the others I’m like really

THIS BRANCH IS HORRIFYINGLY ATROCIOUS!If you are considering on opening a BB&T account at this branch, I strongly urge you to reconsider not going to this location.The customer service at this branch is so atrocious, I am still considering closing out my other account. If you’re looking to open an account with BB&T, I recommend going to the Fort Lauderdale location on West Cypress Creek Rd and NW 15th avenue.
