He made it a breeze by assisting me with getting a new quote, making a new reservation and cancelling the one that I no longer needed. The initial booking was prepaid and he ensured that once I confirmed the cancellation, the information was sent to Budget rent a car for the refund. He was very helpful and patient with me. “I recently had to have my car repaired from an accident I had and I chose crash champions. They did not disappoint, I went in thinking this was going to be a typical car repair business and was blown away with the total professional staff and quality of the work that they have done. Also I had to bring my car back for a minor detail that was possibly overlooked and a representative named Blake was more than helpful with correcting what was missed and apologized for the mishap. Will highly recommend if needed, give them a shot, I'm sure there work will speak for itself.”

I had an outstanding experience at the Budget Rental Car location at 2465 North University Drive in Coral Springs. The level of customer service was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
Manager David was on-site and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was professional, accommodating, and genuinely focused on providing a great customer experience.
The paperwork process was quick and efficient, and the staff had everything ready without unnecessary delays. I was also impressed by the wide selection of vehicles available, giving customers plenty of options to choose from based on their needs and preferences.
It’s refreshing to find a rental car location that values customer service, efficiency, and professionalism at such a high level. “First time renting from Sixt. Signed up online and prepaid. Had to check in at the desk. My experience with the desk assistant, Dixa, was above and beyond. Far better vehicle fleet than Hertz and substantially less expensive than the other vehicle rental agencies when I was comparing. I had extended my trip by a day and had to bring my hertz rental back to FLL or be charged an extra $238 (for one day!) for a Kia Niro for which I was already overcharged $100/day. Found someone else’s hertz ticket in the car from their rental from 2 days prior and they were charged $51/day for the same vehicle. There were plenty of available rentals when I returned the car, despite the site showing that they were sold out. I was given a BMW X5, brand new-ish, for 1/3 less than the original Hertz daily rate. Sixt will likely be my go-to at FLL from now on. Their fleet looked brand new.”

“We rented a car through travelocity and paid in advance. However, Zezgo has a policy where you must pay an additional $110 "loss of use" fee even if you use your own insurance. Also, the toll fee is $15 per day if you pay in advance. Florida has a lot of tolls, the sun-pass is worth buying. Consider this when making your reservation.Other than these additional fees, the customer service is outstanding. The staff is very accommodating. The cars are clean and in good condition.We especially enjoyed working with Juan Palacios, he will do whatever is necessary to insure your satisfaction. Thank you Juan for all your help during our visit to Fort Lauderdale.”
“Mauricio the manager was awesome to deal with! Was expecting a cargo van to pick us up from the airport but he came in our vehicle (which I actually preferred better than the shuttle that we used before with flex-ways) the car was clean and pretty well brand new! Check in for the car was smooth. We had to pay extra for the insurance but we anticipated this expense and wasn't too much for the week! I would use this rental service again only because Mauricio took care of us and how he went above and beyond our expectations!”
“Carmax serviced my car and waited on parts so set me up for a rental while work was being done and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a rental and employees were pleasant and friendly. Picked me up at the dealer and took me to enterprise on SR 84 in Davie, Florida. Staff was very helpful had 2 parties before me and told me they were waiting for a little while since they needed a larger SUV and I was very appreciative for the information . It was faster than she had even estimated at first . They were amazing. I walked across the lot got some food and returned and my rental was already waiting for me at the curb. Great experience! “I came in under an insurance claim to repair my truck and Ricky from the start was very helpful. Knowing that I came as early as possible they tried to secure me another truck to use for work while my personal vehicle was getting repaired. They gave me the top of the line truck for my insurance daily quote and sent me on my way in a 2026 f150 with all the bells and whistles. While I do regret giving it back in, my truck was finished and I had to get back in the old girl and man was this whole experience great.
