“My Samsung S24 was developed an issue with its USB C connector and wouldn't reliably charge. I had tried cleaning it myself but it didn't help. I went to the Verizon store and they suggested I either buy a new phone OR try uBreakiFix, and I am so glad they did.
I was helped immediately, and the technician said he would take the phone in back to test the connector. He returned just a minute or two later and said the connector was fine, and just needed to be properly cleaned. Works like brand new now and probably saved me $1000. I'd give 10 stars if I could!”

“Chris just left my house with my TV working once again! From start to finish this was a professional and seamless experience. Our Sony flat screen suddenly died. We thought we'd at least attempt repair before running out and buying a new TV. Chris came to our house next day, on time, letting me know when he was on his way, diagnosed a dead motherboard, gave me a fair price for repair, took it back to his shop and worked on it, and if not for my schedule, would have been back the next day to reinstall. When he did reinstall, it turned on right away. He asked if there was anything else he could do while he was here, left no mess, and could not have been nicer. Can not recommend highly enough!”

“This guy went above and beyond to fix my iPad. I found him on Google maps and he was willing to drive to me and pick up the device for a small fee. I was very desperate because I’m down here on vacation and had no transportation. My screen cracked and i was devastated because all of my client’s information is on it. It took a lot of trust to give a stranger in another city my device but he picked it up and replaced the glass extremely fast. After it was done he dropped it off. I’m honestly so thankful for the great job he did and I would happily use his services again!”

“Fast and efficient. Wasted no time taking the TV off the wall and diagnosing the problem. Found the part that was defective and gave me the model number to order. Showed me how to install the part and he was off. Two days the part showed up, I installed it just like he showed and sure enough the TV was working again. $125 for his service charge plus $213 for the part vs $1200 for a new TV. Glad I made the call and suggest if you have a TV that stopped working to reach out to Mitch before buying a new one.”
