“I originally went in for a slow leak in the tire and found out that the nail was in the sidewall. Therefore, I needed a new tire. I worked with Sam. He was able to get the tire the same day and have the tire installed that afternoon. he was very communicative through the whole process and extremely pleasant to work with Sam is the definition of customer service and Mavis is lucky to have him. !!!!”

Yellow Check Engine Light Turned On Along with Vehicle Stability Assist. Documenting my experience with this repair shop from estimate to hopefully repair experience. This review will be updated accordingly. Diagnostic will be performed on 11/17/2025. Update: Coils & Spark Plugs were replaced and i was able to get home safely. Service was great and quickly ( same day as diagnostic). I highly recommend this shop.”
“I punctured my tire with a screw on the way to work and stopped at Empire Tire since it was the closest shop. Michael took a quick look and told me to give him a couple of minutes to finish the car he was working on. He was very polite, the price was fair, and he had me in and out in about 30 minutes. “Great place to bring your car. I had a Check Engine light came on my car so called to check if they can take a look. I was told they can, brought my car, and after some time, they came back to say the issue needs to get fixed by the dealer, and car can be driven. They can reset the error if I wanted to, check if it will come back on, but I opted to leave it on. They will tell you upfront if it is something they can work, and not force anything. They earned my trust for my future visits (change oil, etc) and will definitely come back.”

“This place is an absolute remarkable gem located in Wilton Manors, Broward County. I have been overpaying BMW dealerships and service stations for years and my battery died and Jason and the entire team were so amazing from the very first phone call until having me in 10 minutes later until calling me with the estimate all the way through pick up and they even stayed and I was the last car that got there at 10 minutes after five. This place as is the team that works there is amazing. Five stars any day of the week.”
“My tires needed to be rotated and I was in quandary on where to go because many of shops would rotate the tires from $25 all the way up to $50, not knowing that I would never do business with them because of these prices. I happen to drive by Mavis Tires and was greeted by Marlin. Very professional and courteous. I asked how much to rotate my tires and he said it was the companies policy to keep the customer safe and rotation and brake check were free. I was so surprised that a company would put the customers needs before there own. Needless to say, this gesture just solidified my commitment to purchase my tires here. They may or may not be the least expensive location to buy tires but there company's policy to put the customer's safety first has sold me and I will be buying my tires for my car and my wife's truck here going forward. All I can is thank you for the outstanding care and consideration I received and for that simple act they have my business. Well done Marlin and Mavis Tire for acquiring a customer for life.”
“A very obscure Security switch attached to my directional signal was tripped, I was unaware of it. With the switch activated I could no longer turn off my alarm system, nor could I shut off the lights on my car.
Being highly recommended, I took my car to Expert Auto Repair believing it was going to be a hefty electrical repair. Much to my surprise Mike the Mechanic returned after 10 minutes handing me my keys told me I could leave, when I inquire how much he happily told me no charge. I honestly believe any other repair shop would have sat the car in the back for half an hour then return it telling me any story to satisfie how they repaired the car and more than likely chargeing me $100 or more, free easy money for them. Not expert Auto Repair, it was no charge!
Based upon my experience, I would highly recommend Expert Auto Repair for honesty, Peace of mind and quality workmanship. I’ve since then had other work completed on my car and was very pleased.
The waiting area is extremely comfortable, clean and relaxing while waiting for your car to be repaired. Raquel, the front desk manager is very thorough in detailing the your cars repairs and explains In any and all charges charges.
Nobody wants their car to break down or need repair work, but when it happens I know where I can take my car and be Comfortable knowing I will get quality workmanship at a fair price.”

“My engine splash shield had fallen off and I didn't want to drive with a risk of damage to the underside of the engine and I had a long drive ahead of me. Miguel got me in quickly - amazingly quickly- to reattach the shield. And no high priced sales pitch - the price was very reasonable price given I was on the road in less than 45 minutes.
