“I felt compelled to leave a review for this awesome store because it is a total local gem. As someone who frequents many local gaming spots, Kaos has a real magic to it. I first went in a few times last year for some gifts; when I walked in today, it was like walking into the Mercedes-Benz of gaming stores.
It was awesome before but you could immediately tell the management and their awesome team took great care to make this environment welcoming for Gamer Friends and Allies in the area to chill.
I cannot wait to stop by more often when the place is packed. Kudos to Kaos. This business and those like it are great assets to our community. Thank you!”
“Took my little brother here as part of his birthday and we ended up spending way more time inside than we expected lol. There's sooo much to look at. Obviously the candy selection is huge, but what surprised us was how many other cool things they had around the shop. We found handmade candles, lotions, some really funny soaps, cards and all kinds of random little gifts that made walking around almost as fun as picking out the candy.
The owner was awesome too. He actually took the time to show us how everything was organized and talked to us about some of the different candies and where they came from. You could tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely enjoys sharing it with people. It didn't feel like someone just trying to sell you something, it was more like getting a little tour while you're shopping.
What really got me though was when he found out it was my brother's birthday and gave him a few treats. Totally didn't expect that and my brother was obviously pretty happy about it haha. Such a simple gesture but it made the visit feel extra special. We came in looking for some birthday candy and left with a really nice memory together. We'll definitely be stopping by again.”

“Great owner. Know how to perfectly keep stock and organize the shop in a manner that makes it easy to find what you need when you want it. Is incredibly diligent and organized staff always aware of upcoming products and know who has what on there special order sheet. Last time I came in the staff not only instantly recognized me but answered questions I would've had about my custom orders before I even thought to ask them. They also know exactly what pieces I needed left in my army, and told me they had it and offered some of the later stuff I needed, since it was there. They also remembered that my brother in law likes pokemon, when I entered just off of a passing conversation. They make your request feel heard, and keep track of each client as if they where a friend, wonderful shopping experience.”

“Always worth the trip! I was there for their famous 5$ dog beds. Was not disappointed. Ended up getting two because they're not just adorable, they're affordable. I didn't click the dog beds, (or the candy I bought lol), but I did click these 2 lamps, which I did not get, but they are lovely, especially the amber one. I love amber glass. And this miniature pleated shade is just darling, it's so iconic!”
“It was eerily quiet in the store (I was the only one inside around 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday). The products on the shelves looked good, though. Various anime and gaming products from Sonic to Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, DBZ, and more. You can buy figurines, posters, keychains, etc. Layout is conducive to the amount of the space given in the Galleria Mall.”

“Overall the store is kept in pretty good shape for a new place. The front door about shut my alarm off but besides that the place was good I found everything that I needed! I picked up some Easter gift supplies add a little candy for myself LOL8 as far as customer service all the kids working at the front area where are very friendly welcome to me when I came in and told me to have a good day on the way out so that was nice. I would definitely recommend this location located in the same plaza as the Publix University Dr and Riverside Dr in Coral Springs”
