“I had a really unfortunate situation occur with my kitty and she had to have her leg amputated. I think it was harder for me than it was for her as any pet owner knows that's the second most devastating decision you can make. The reason for no 5 stars honestly? Is because of everyone BUT Lindsey (Lindsay? I'm sorry) and prices seem a little high. Idk how she does her job so professionally. I would need years of therapy to do what she does so well and so professionally yet compassionately. I wish the other girls that answered the phones seemed as caring and informed as she is. Otherwise 5 stars. Ultimately this review is a shout out to Lindsey/say”

This is their 3rd teeth cleaning with this company and they are the best and kindest people ever. Jasmine was the technician who cleaned their teeth on today's visit. I drive 2 hours from the West Coast of Florida to bring my dogs here because they are so good and I highly recommend to anyone.”

“I am so thankful to have found Heron Lakes Animal Hospital! Dr. Lera is the best vet my kitty Bean could have asked for. Truly a 10/10 Vet. He is very patient and gentle with her and explains everything to assure you're on the same page. The staff is amazing, they are very loving with Bean and recognize her the moment we walk into the door. Heron Lakes Animal Hospital treats the animals the way they would there own fur baby. The day I found Bean, at only 4 weeks old, they checked her out to make sure she was okay and no injuries and then explained to me how to care for her. I haven't had a kitty before Bean, I'm so thankful they helped me and told me everything I needed to know to start off being Beans mom. If it wasn't for the front staff (Huge shout out to Bert and Nancy) I don't think I would've felt comfortable to kept my sweet kitty. 10/10 Recommend this Vet!”

“My former veterinarian permanently closed his practice during Covid, so it's been a challenge to find another practice that suits my needs. I hit the jackpot with Compassionate Care Animal Clinic. I first chose this practice based on location from my home and of course, the reviews. I realize that reviews are not always reliable, however, the reviews for Compassionate Care are thoughtful with good context, and 4.8 across the board which is why I chose to make an appointment.Compassionate Care's service from my inital call to make the appointment to my first visit was excellent. This is a small, very comfortable and inviting practice. The woman at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. The technician, Stefan, was very kind, thorough, and efficient. Dr. Hutson is fantastic. She has a wonderful personality, excellent pet-side manner, and my sweet, three-legged cat, loved her. The doctor was thorough in her examination. Although my visit was a yearly, wellness check and to obtain prescriptions for his food, Dr. Hutson's approach is wellness, not outrageous testing and unneccesary bloodwork and medicine. I appreciated her honest assessment of my cat's needs.Compassionate Care is very reasonable and customary in their fees, which is a huge plus. They are very organized from start to finish. Special note -- I recieved a sweet phone call from the practice the next business day just to see how my cat was doing. How sweet and thoughtful is that!I highly recommend Compassionate Care Animal Clinic.”

The staff is very caring and provides all on-site services such as laboratory, X-rays, blood tests, etc. One of my dogs was sick, and I sent them a text message in the early morning. Katy contacted me first thing, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. I could get the necessary tests done, and in a short time, I had the results. The prices are not the cheapest, but definitely, the attention and quality are worth every penny in my opinion. Thank you, WAH, for everything, and keep up the excellent service and quality!”

They are sweet and tender with not only the animals, but with their owners as well. You can truly see that they love what they do. I walked in feeling helpless because of my fur baby Panzcha.Another vet in another location told me to put my furbaby Panzcha down, and they overcharged me for unnecessary tests and they gave her an eye infection. Unfortunately I took her to this place because doctors Cox was not available and I panic.I drove 45 minutes to see DrCox as an emergency visit today since my last visit in March. Yes my Panzcha has an eye infection from that other place, and I know her kidneys are failing… but Doctor Cox took my fabulous Panzcha in, and unlike the other place I sat that whole time with my furbaby while the doctor and assistant took care of her.I now know for sure that this is the place I’ll be forever thankful and the honesty and caring way Dr Cox has shown .. I am forever thankful with gratitude. My Panzcha purrs was my biggest affirmation that my Panzcha loved and trusted Dr. Cox. At the other location my Panzcha hissed and bit the vet and once they found out I did not wanted their services they just left me alone with no answers and told me to leave.Dr Brandon Cox, we need more amazing caring humans like you. You gave me your honest opinion and my heart is grateful.. thank you also for the hug.. no one in any other place had given me a hug when I was trying to hold back my tears from fear of not been able to help my Panzcha.My Panzcha is a senior.. over 10, I rescued her back in 2018 ..
