She never rushes you and takes the time to discuss any concerns or questions that I have. Most of all, Bailey really likes her. Also, the staff at Brookside is always very nice, helpful, and professional. I think their pricing is fair and reasonable for the services provided. I would recommend Brookside/Dr. Martinez to anyone who is looking for a good vet/facility.”

“We are beyond grateful for Dr. Harkavy and the entire team at Royal Palm Vet. We had to bring our dog in on short notice after she woke up suddenly paralyzed. The team quickly assessed her condition, suspected IVDD, and immediately started treatment with acupuncture. We saw positive signs after the very first session (a tail wag) which gave us so much hope. We continued with the recommended sessions, and the results have been incredible. She is now able to walk, go to the bathroom, and function independently again. The care, compassion, and expertise shown by everyone at Royal Palm Vet truly changed our dog’s life. “I love coming to this location because the office staff and doctors are always polite and friendly. Yesterday, Julio had a bad allergy outbreak to the point of ripping up his poor skin. He was whining all night! Doctor Marcello was extremely helpful in giving him a cytopoint injection which stopped his itching. If your dog is suffering from allergies or itchy skin - don't delay! Go here and get the cytopoint.”
