This young employee with a spects denied saying its closed and locked.the door when it showed on the net that its opened... how come 7 eleven closes at 12?? And he didn't even bothered to.give reason

I was overcharged ten dollars for my purchase. I went in, not to get a refund, but to let the owner know. She was combative and I suspect that it happens quite often at her store and that she is very aware this is happening.
