βThe Value Pawn on Busch Blvd is a store that Values their customers. I wish Value Pawn would lower the interest rate to 10% on loans of 1000 as America Cash pawn does. I would rather keep my large pieces with Value Pawn all in one place as it makes no sense to pay 25% or 250.00 versus 100 at America Cash Pawn .I want to thank all of the employees Kit,, Saydee, Danry, Angie, and Fernando for their excellent customer service ,their all very proficient and professional and take great care of me every time I enter the store. βWhat A great experience. I will be honest I have always felt like pawn shops were a little sketchy, and I was never comfortable Walking into one. Until I walked into Cash America pawn! I was looking for a gold chain when I was introduced to Scott very patiently educated me regarding jewelry. He could not have been nicer Siri once I found the chain. I was a little unsure of the length and there was a gentleman working in here named John who looks to be about the same size of the person I’m getting the chain for. Scott call John over and had John show us the chain he had and Wheteit sat on him. We needed John again to try on a chain and he literally ran across the back part of the store. Just being silly of course. It was so funny I had such a great time in there. Well, I have to say I found the chain that I liked thanks To the model, John! Who would’ve ever thought walking into a pawnshop could’ve been such a great experience oh, and I forgot to mention the price of the chain was so extremely reasonable. I was quite shocked if I am ever looking for any high priced item, jewelry computer, etc. I will always come to Cash America pawn first the one I stopped at is on Kennedy Boulevard.β

βCame in today to get my son his 1st phone. The representative 'Young' took care of us. He found the best discount for a new Apple 16! He then found out that I was being overcharged for my current plan. He was able to call corporate and get us credit for the oversight. This is the best T-Mobile in TAMPA hands down. I'll be back!β
βWillie restored our youth! My wife bought a Sansui AU-5900 tube amplifier in the 70's. Fantastic. Nothing compared. All speakers sounded great. Whether records or DVDs, Jefferson Airplane, Jethro Tull, or willie Nelson. Over the past decade, I think that it deteriorated in quality so slowly that we didn't notice. Then the switches began to fail and one or both speakers would come on and go off with changes in volume no matter what the input. We tried changing cables from components, or unplug and replug components into different inputs, until finally we could hear both speakers only in the mono mode. We thought the internal contacts were simply aged out, and without much hope brought it to Sound Technology, a bit of a drive from our home in Lutz. WOW! Magic! It sounds better than is did in 1976, 50 years ago. Willie explained that quality was much better in the 70s than the present, with its digital units. Even the solid state components made in the 70s are better than recently made equipment. But the switches and connectors and contacts of all components can develop carbon build-up, compromising sound quality and reliable connections. So DON'T ABANDON YOUR OLD EQUIPMENT! Bring it to Sound Technology and you'll be amazed. I wish we had brought our beloved Sansui there a decade ago. The musicians sound like they are IN THE ROOM rather than in your speakers. Willie, thank you, thank you, thank you. You'll see my wife or me again soon with the equipment we use in other rooms. Keep up the good work!β

βI no longer have T-Mobile as my carrier, but when I went to Verizon (my current carrier) for help with my device, the Verizon rep said they don't troubleshoot phones they only sell them. upset and with no other options, I took a chance and went to the t mobile store directly down the street from my verizon store, where I met with a T-Mobile representative Mark, who helped me fix my phone problem even though I was not currently a T-Mobile customer. Mark took his time to listen to what the issue was and quickly resolved my phone problem. If it weren't for T-Mobile and Mark at the Citrus Park T-Mobile Store I wouldn't have known what to do. as soon as I can, I'll be moving back to T-Mobile from Verizon.β
βIt had been a while since I visited a Verizon retail store, and I went in expecting good service. Instead, I received amazing service thanks to the teamwork between Scott (the manager) and Jimmy (the advisor). Together, they went above and beyond to make my experience the best I’ve had so far. They focused on my convenience and worked through every obstacle to successfully transfer my corporate number to a personal line.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a truly stellar customer experience.β
