  I went to add money to a netspend card I have because Google named their to be a place to reload ur prepaid cards but when I asked she said no they stopped doing that and only if the manger was there could she load the card. I just don't want any one else wasting time or money going there for no reason

  Lately, the customer service at this 7-Eleven has gone downhill. They’ve hired people with serious attitude problems who act like they don’t want to be there. It makes the whole experience frustrating. I go for convenience, not to deal with rude employees. Hopefully, management steps up and fixes this.

  They send pizza via DoorDash raw. This is the second time this has happened… in a row. This time they throw it in a box to disguise the pick-up picture as a cooked pizza. Do they really think I’m trying to order a raw pizza. Get your act together and stop being lazy.

  The cashier doesn’t want to make me pepperoni pizza so i can get the $3 sale advertised on display…smh will never come here again! The pizza in picture is not pepperoni…it only takes about 1 to 2 minutes to cook a pizza here and its lunch time…smh…not good 2928 fowler tampa fl

  I have gone to this store for almost 2 years now and only one employee who works Sunday mornings has told me, “ I can’t load cards without a manager”. Mind you I have worked for 7 eleven before, both for a franchise and corporate companies, and never have I had to have a manager present to load a card. Then I come back in later to load my card and ask if I can load my cash app and he wants to give me a slick comment with attitude. Then he goes on to giggle. I don’t appreciate this customer service. I will definitely be going to corporate. If you don’t want to do your job, don’t work there. And the attitude, very unnecessary and lucky that I didn’t call corporate sooner. I am always one to show respect and never disrespect anyone for no reason or even with a reason. But I am so dissatisfied that if I am to encounter this again with the same employee, I don’t think I would be so kind to his disrespect and honestly don’t understand why he is even allowed to work there after this being a regular thing for them. Next time I will not be so polite. Also the manager on the Sunday afternoons really needs to learn to speak about their guests disrespectfully with their employees. I have nothing against people trying to do their job, but neither of them showed an ounce of respect and thought it funny to talk badly about their guests too. This is a lack of professionalism and beyond me why they find it okay. I haven’t ever gone in and been rude, other then ask why he was unable to load the card which I wasn’t trying to disrespect him. Not only did they waste my time but also money and blatantly refused to take care of me. Luckily I am not wild so I held my tong in order to handle this situation properly.
