“This was my first experience at this location and it all went really well. I went to get a valve stem replaced in one of my tires. Unfortunately, I had to get the sensor attached to it replaced as well due to damage, but that wasn't their fault. They replaced it in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service was wonderful. Overall, a great experience.”

As someone who has no idea about cars, it’s intimidating going to a mechanic. Always scared if they are being honest and P&M has been nothing but more than honest and helpful. From fitting me in when they are booked, so they can at least look at it so I can have an answer. They go above and beyond. If I ever move out of the Brandon area, I will still call p&m first!”

Key notes for those of you who don't want to read through.
-Communication was good, they answered all the questions I had
-Inspection was $200 + tax but it was totally worth it to know everything you need to about the truck
-Took time, but every good thing does.
-Expensive but totally worth it so far (I've had it for a day)
-My truck seems to be in very similar condition as how I gave it to them, I haven't had time to look thoroughly. Concern regarding how they drove my truck (I intend on taking really good care of my truck and would hope they did too) When I got in it, the average mpg had been reset after them parking it where it was. Which is a little skeptical but I'll let it go.
Brought in my 2011 Ram 2500 SLT (6.7 Turbo Cummins) In for an inspection because I was having issues with what clearly seemed the turbo and felt I should just get a full inspection while they had it. I did my research on them and they seemed like a straight forward shop, and to be honest, I'd agree. I'm a high-schooler working two jobs and in extracurriculars so I needed someone I could trust with my pride and joy. I would say it was expensive, but I will also say, if you want a good shop with mechanics who are willing to do the right thing, be expecting to pay the money for their work. I did have to wait some time for the work to be done, as we had just come out of a few hurricanes in Florida the week prior, and shipping for a new turbo took a lot of time. They said they were getting it on a Monday, They contacted us that same monday afternoon and we picked it up same day. They did definitely express their concerns as to things I should likely get done as soon as possible, but because I'm short for cash right now, especially with all my college preparations costing lots of money, I just couldn't do them, but they were happy to provide "Band-Aid" like solutions so when I do have the money I can be right back in without any further issues regarding the priors. When I got in my truck and started it up for the first time, I was so happy to just have it back and get to drive it without the issue I was having that prevented me from driving it safely. I did notice that they had reset my fuel consumption monitor after they parked it where I was (which is a little skeptical) I'd hope that they would treat it with respect and love as though it is their own vehicle. I know to others it may not be much, but I spend the majority of my time and money in/on the truck. So I would hope they drove it respectively and accordingly (just to find the issues at hand). I turned the truck on and when I pulled up the fuel consumption, it provided that the average was .8 mpg (since last reset) which sounds kind of impossible considering it should be 16-22 mpg (I get about 19). So maybe they reset it, and the .8 was just from idling. Otherwise I haven't found anything missing or changed (haven't really looked). My truck is running amazing compared to before. The turbo sounds better, the exhaust break (vgt actuator in the turbo was messed up) sounds and works great. Haven't towed my boat yet but I'll find out.
Overall, it's been a great experience, would suggest it, and will be back. I needed a shop that not only works on all vehicles, but specializes in diesel, and I found just that.”
