They were both incredibly professional and took the time to put my car up on the lift to thoroughly inspect the brakes. To my pleasant surprise, they came back and told me that my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine – not brand new, of course, but still had plenty of life left in them for a while.
What truly impressed me was their honesty and transparency. They easily could have pushed for a sale, but instead, they prioritized giving me accurate information. They even went a step further, assuring me that if I were to need brakes down the line, they could easily beat the dealership's $600 quote by a couple hundred dollars.

Only complaint with the business and not with them is what point of having appt if the service will not get done same day? “This is the second time I have visited with one of my fleet cars and slightly disappointed when I received my car and the tire pressure light was still on only to find out a tire didn’t have a sensor. If I take a car in to replace all four tires and align I do expect you to tell me about other things related to my tires. Let’s me know they only do the bear minimum.”

“Had a 2 pm appointment. Was 4 vehicles in bays. By 2:40 pm there were only 2 vehicles in bays. My vehicle got put on lift just about 3 pm. Having 4 tires put on rims & then put onto Vehicle. Was not completed until 3:58 pm. They did a good job. I was satisfied with it. And I will go back. I just will make sure that I have plenty of extra time to wait as they don’t seem to be on top of the appointment times.”
