While I understand that your service department could not find the source of my leak, I would have appreciated that they take an little time to remove some the water from the back of my car.

I had the AC system replaced last year. I had some issues and they order the replacement parts right away, called me to drop off my truck and gave me a loaner while the repairs are completed under warranty. Richard Lau, my servce advisor explained the proces and only charge me for the parts not replaced originally.
