“Matthew was very helpful, personable, and professional when he was assisting me. I thought I was going to wait an hour until someone can help me with my situation in which I was fine with waiting. But Matthew was effectively strategic by finding another rep to take over his place so that I could receive his assistance quicker. It was unfortunate to hear that half the staff was sick, which is why service was slow. I could understand that. But for me, Matthew's service was above and beyond with customer service with just half of the staff being present at work. Excellent service!”
“This branch has been my go-to branch for the past 6 years! Today, they were swamped since it was a holiday weekend and other branches were closed. “This is my local branch and I use the ATM frequently. It's well lit, always working and never any issues. I've been inside several times, too, to set up an account, when I lost my card (oops) and for info on foreign currency exchanges. The staff here have always been helpful and pretty fast. I appreciate knowing in this day and age of everything being done from an app or online, that there are still smiling faces inside should I need help!”

“I have been a Chase bank member for about ten years now... and I find them very convenient, with ATM locations all over the place. They sometimes have more fees, and charges than I like... but it all depends on what you are doing with them. They usually list all fees and charges right up front, and it is up to you whether you want to use those services. For basic checking and savings, they waive fees as long as you meet certain requirements...so not usually an issue for me. Tellers and staff are usually friendly and helpful, and I have never had a problem with Chase. This location is very nice, and the teller was helpful and efficient. What more could I ask for?”

“This location carries consistently in customer service focus. I have always appreciated the foresight, kindness and professionalism the employees carry. I write this review to say thank you to the team on staff today and always. But for today I want to apologize to the team for having to deal with an irrational customer. This customer called in a complaint while in line bc she was having to wait in line..... hmm let's consider it was lunch hour, on a Friday, and a holiday weekend... it's called "peak" hour and we're been monitored to appropriate covid guideline distancing in the line. The employee guiding the line was calm, empathetic and soothing but this customer wasn't swaying from her perception. It took every piece of power within me not to personally address the customer. But all in all, the customer was next by the time she hung up from her complaint call. I will never understand people like this. One last thank you to the employees here for making this location a pleasurable experience.”

“We came here with our hopes really low as we had visited another location and were fastly dismissed. We were helped by Gabriel, the teller, he was really attentive, he spoke to us in both languages Spanish and English as needed, he did everything to help us and figure out what needed to be done in order to fix our problem. We were really happy that he helped us and took care of our problem, we felt appreciated as customers, and we also realized he did the same for everybody else.
