“I recently brought my 2019 Corvette Grand Sport to this O’Reilly Auto Parts location for a replacement battery. I worked with Andres, the Store Manager, to find a compatible option. He was able to recommend a battery that was better than the OEM and even slightly cheaper.
I also asked if he could install it. The installation was tricky and definitely required some finesse, but Andres stuck with it and successfully got it installed. He truly went above and beyond my expectations, and I really appreciated his attention to detail.
The car runs like a champ—excellent service all around!

The system that I needed and they even had one left in stock needless to say I hauled butt over there to see Andre’s and he had my part ready to go for me making the transaction sweet and easy. You guys need to keep this man at Al cost, his customer service is above and beyond and his knowledge on parts is exceptional.
