“I'm a studio musician and audiophile for 60 years. As a McIntosh fan, my standards are sky high and my expectations are often not met. ST's standards are so high, I was able to raise the bar until I had no more to say and they were teaching me! They are honest, communicative and skilled. Willy and Ty are real pros and I cannot recommend them high enough. My two McIntosh amps and Thorens turntable are in sparking condition! Thank you!”

“I visited this shop to get my phone battery replaced and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff quickly checked my device, explained the replacement process, and gave me an accurate estimate for both the cost and repair time. The battery replacement was completed faster than I expected, and my phone now holds a charge much longer and performs like it should again. It's a huge improvement, and I no longer have to worry about constantly carrying a charger with me. The technicians were professional, honest, and handled my phone with care throughout the repair. The pricing was fair, the service was efficient, and the customer support was excellent. I highly recommend this shop if you need a reliable phone battery replacement or other device repairs.”

“I had the backlight on my 86” LG TV replaced by GEM Services, and I couldn’t be happier. Other repair shops wouldn’t touch a TV this size due to the risk of cracking the LCD panel, but GEM Services handled it with confidence. They picked up and delivered the TV, fixed it perfectly, and charged a fair price. The picture looks even better now! Max and Eddie were professional, transparent, and honest. I highly recommend GEM Services for any TV repairs—don’t bother calling anyone else!”

“I cracked the screen on my iPhone 15 Pro Max while I was at Busch Gardens and honestly thought my whole day was ruined. I searched for a nearby phone repair store, walked in, and these guys got straight to work. No wasting time, no confusing upselling, no long wait. They told me the price upfront, fixed my phone fast, and had me back on the road within about two hours from start to finish. The customer service was solid and professional the whole time. You can tell they know what they’re doing. It’s hard finding phone repair places that are honest, quick, and efficient nowadays, especially with newer phones like the iPhone 15 Pro Max, but these guys made the whole process stress free. Great young guys running a great store. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a fast and reliable phone repair???”

“I wanted to thank everyone at The Speaker Exchange. From the people that answered my initial phone call, to Melissa that emailed me back so promptly with every question I had; and the technicians who actually rebuilt the tweeters The turnaround time was only 2 weeks. It was a fantastic experience. I sent a pair of vintage B&W P6 tweeters to be rebuilt, they sound better than new! If anyone ever asks me if I know of a speaker repair facility, 10/10 would recommend. If I could give 5+ stars I would.”
