Came in for a fuse, easy fix, while I was there I heard Eric speaking with a customer and when almost all employees want out of work in 20-30 minutes, Eric went above and beyond for the customer, going as far as telling her to come in and he will have it saved for her. Great store, great inventory, but service sucks. Phones are ringing all day and employees just walk around not wanting to help.
