Avoid this branch at all costs. It takes over 30 minutes to make a simple deposit that takes less then 5 minutes at another branch. This is not a 1 time issue! It is every single time! If you got free time to wait, have at it. Otherwise the branch in south village and on van dyke are much better.

I recently went to the bank to cash a check from one of my vendors. During cashing my check it was a great energy in the place the service was absolutely amazing served with a smile. I actually decided to open up my business account highly recommend. I want to thank Francia for opening my account.
