Joyce has been working with my roommate and I during our application process and it was delightful working with her. She is very kind and cares about having residents having a smooth move in process! Shes great. :)

I have been living here for two years and I love the cleanliness friendly neighbors floor plan location in channelside and the staff is awesome. The affordability is very good for the location. I particularly like being close access to I-4 for travel to work in Polk county a few days a week. I would recommend this place!
