“Rented 3 vans for a youth sports trip. Vans were perfect. Service is what makes the difference though.

His quick thinking and accommodating attitude, made the difference between a miserable cramped trip in a smaller sedan and a happy, luxurious, and And stress free trip in an SUV with plenty of room for all of our luggage in the back. Reasonable price considering we ordered it on the app first then went in to pick it up. They dropped us back at the hotel after.”

“This was my first time every needing a car rental. Somebody had rear ended me and so the other person's insurance was going to provide me with a rental car so I wasn't without a car while it was getting repaired. The only problem was my adjuster was saying they only pay for the car rental and not insurance for the car. But who wants to drive a rental car without insurance? Especially with the way people are driving nowadays. So I was on the phone with the lady in the lobby trying to get them to cover the insurance but she kept saying they don't do that. If they didn't cover the insurance on the rental I was gonna have to be paying about $22 a day out of pocket for insurance, that is really not ideal considering this accident wasn't even my fault. I was gonna give up and be carless so I hung up and was like it is what it is I guess. But I am SO thankful to Abigail and Nicholas who were working that day at Enterprise, because they knew my situation and knew how everything works, so they made a call for me and put up a fight and were able to get the insurance to get the coverage for the rental car. If it hadn't been for them going above and beyond I would've been carless for an entire week! Because I didn't know how long I was going to be without my car at the time. I 100% would rent a car with Enterprise again, they have great care and customer service, and are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do.”

All info IS provided in the terms online AND THEY REMIND YOU VIA TEXT THE DAY BEFORE. Nothing is hidden, the people complaining just don’t read or think they’re above the company’s policy. I’ll keep the great rates on new cars if all I have to do is show I’m insured… no reason to hide that. Next thing you know if they rent to people who aren’t insured and take losses their rates will go up. Why do you think the companies that don’t ask for coverage have almost double the daily rate?”
