They try to be as understanding as they can be under the circumstances. I understand that because there are a smaller location, they can't control the vehicles that they receive. But if they don't have any, at least they try to recommend other places even if it's not with their own company. I have been a customer that has not received a vehicle when I get there. And yes I understand that I am not the only customer in the world. That people may have reserved way before me.
I think we are lucky to have a location in Brandon where we can park our cars days at a time.”

The price was competitive, and a vehicle was in brand new condition. I highly recommend the location off of Highway 301 and Adamo Drive in east Tampa, just outside of Brandon.”
“I was a walk-in and though I had to make the initial booking on line, the Sales rep was very helpful with guidance in placing my initial reservation. in addition, I received timely assistance with reservation changes as my plans changed. The auto was clean in and out, and truly clear of cigarette smoke odor, often hard to disguise. I was very satisfied with the rental.”

“I had a car reservation which I was to pick up on 4.8.26. I arrived ans to my surprise there were no cars available and I wasn't the only one with the same issue. I was told it could be 30mins or 1hr, no estimated time as they were eaiting for customers to return the cars.
I asked about getting a car from the other car rental agencies as there are a couple different car rental agencies with in the same establishment, but they mentioned they share the same cars.
I got on the phone with a nearby car rental agency, they had a car available and they could pick me up at the location I was at. I was I was about to give them by license information, I went in the building to ask if anything had arrived because I was making a reservation somewhere else and I was told a car had just arrived and they were just going to clean it real quick.
The guy in the picture, which name I forgot. Bryan I believe (not sure) waived for me to have to fill the gas tank because of the inconvenience.
If it wasn't because a car arrived this would have been a way different review.
My apologies if I that is not your name. Car pick up was 5pm, got there at 4:40pm and left there around 5:30- 5:40pm

“This was my first time being able to rent a car! Mannnnn this place is GOATED! Cars are beautiful and clean and the prices are unbeatable (fr fr ) I will come back, im glad I went through them for my first rental :)
And customer service was so on point . I called so many times before and during my rental cause I had so many questions and they always picked up unlike other places I tried . HERTZ for the Win :)”
“Really like a 4.5 star. Booking was fast and easy. Getting the keys and driving off was fast and easy. Car was super clean. Had no issues with getting my deposit back. Things I didn’t like or wish I knew ahead of time. I don’t like having a $250 hold taking out of my account and there are no signs for entrance to return the rental car so I circled the block 3 times before turning in front of Embassy Suites and asking the Valet, which turns out it’s at that entrance anyways.”
