“Customer service aspect was pretty good- Justin was great and very helpful. The cars -- ahh could be better. I originally got a car that was badly maintained -- Noticed that error message came on immediately that it was out of wiper fluid but I didn't really say anything since I was in a rush and could add some myself. Few minutes later, the check engine light went on. So, I called and after being on hold for about 20 minutes got ahold of someone who told me to come and exchange the car. Exchange was easy, other then it being kind of inconvenient to have to take time away to do it at all but otherwise an easy process.”

“They've recently renovated the inside a little, but the gentlemen working there made the experience. Justin and Brian (I Believe) were both very helpful and have great customer service.Any complaints would be directed at Hertz itself, while they have an online system in place that doesn't connect to the same system used at a location to see if a vehicle is available, which is an insane, lazy decision. The customer service number directs you overseas and the people there are unaware of how Hertz policy is and will give false information.If you're trying to make a vehicle reservation, CALL THE STORE you're trying to reserve from. You should have a better, more informed experience. Mileage my vary.”

“- [ ] After reading the reviews I was extremely skeptical of renting here, also the rate I booked for (with free cancelation) was extremely cheap compared to all the other rental companies I was just convinced things would not go smoothly. We arrived an hour early and was told to come back at our designated time or we can pay a fee to start early. We waited the hour and came back. We rented a "dealers choice" vehicle which was a Toyota Tacoma (of all cars). Luckily this wasn't a scam and things went extremely smoothly. They put a refundable $200 hold on your charge. With everything, make sure to take lots of photos before and after you rent to cover yourself form any liabilities. Before they gave us the key they gave us a slip of paper to make all the imperfections on the vehicle. Drop off was quick and smooth along with picking up.”
