The Chase bank branch in downtown offers the best customer service with nice and helpful staff. Good and very kind service explained amenities and card. The location is small and hidden but ATM machine if bank closed. Opening until 9 am be a little frustrating with no parking and street ticket if you do not pay. You really appreciated the excellent work discipline and recommend this branch to others and will return.
I’m truly grateful to Gina. She kindly explained all the information and procedures needed to open a bank account. She even used a translator to help me because I’m not fluent in English. Thanks to her patience and kindness, the whole process was much easier and more comfortable for me. I really appreciate her help!
