The place is spotless and well-maintained, with a covered entry that makes moving easy. The location is great and close to everything. The staff receives consistent praise for being a great dynamic duo, very friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help with needs and concerns, providing great customer support and keeping renters on top of their accounts. The facilities are well-maintained and clean. A minor suggestion is to have signs and a map on every floor to help people find their units. Overall, Prime Storage provides secure, convenient storage with excellent service.

Great dynamic duo staff and customer service! Facilities are well maintained and staff are very helpful and accommodating with your needs and concerns. Considered leaving for a closer storage location, but the dynamic dou at the front desk, Don and Liam, made me reconsider.
