He said he would call the manager of that store to let them know the situation.Now that is providing excellent customer service!”

“Although I am not too happy with the absurd increase, Manager Christine Oliva's service was outstanding ! She was very helpful and went out of her way to help me out with a situation. On Thursday, she drove from another location where she was working all the way to the Westshore location to help me out, not sure if it was her or if she sent out a manager but regardless she did everything she could for me to be able to have access granted to my storage unit, when in reality due to their schedule hours I would of have to wait until Monday ! ... 5 + stars for her and her staff!
