I have never rented a storage unit before, so I researched and visited other company facilities and this company and the people who run the facility by far are a class act.
After visiting other facilities which were extremely filthy and no security, not only is there an onsite manager 7 days a week right at the entrance, at this Extra Space Storage 105 S Falkenburg Rd facility, I was given my very own code, and just in case, I brought my broom to sweep before bringing/moving my things in. There was barely anything to sweep! The cleanest facility!
I moved across country with a cube container I needed to have delivered and unloaded. Everything was stress-free and smooth with both Al and Johns help - I felt like a VIP - very warm and hospitable welcome!
I highly recommend this facility for any storage needs!
Extra Space Storage, Al and John deserve a raise! You have true talent and rare gems running your show!

I respect and re-use companies who are organized, allow for person-to-person contact, and follow up if I have accidentally missed something.
This place is clean and secure with a clear protocol, easy to follow instructions, and follow up, if necessary. You are not bombarded with contact and there is no upsale, but are helped by a local employee when you need it.

“I recently rented a unit at Adamo Storage. I really didnt have an expectation, having rented storages in the past, but this was a game changer. Thats where I had the pleasure meeting Todd. Wh e n I walked into the establishment, it was very clean, smelled great - but what set this facility apart from others was the level professionalism and human decency I was met with. I think im gonna love it there. Also, it was SQUEAKY clean in there (Did i say that already?)!”
“Can't say enough about Mr. Molina, manager at this location. I needed a storage space quickly to store my motorcycle and tools in February. Checked the location online, and drove out there to see the premises. Mr Molina showed me a unit, close to the gate, that was available. It was a perfect solution. I was recovering from a health issue the day I leased the unit and was really under the weather. He ran through all the paperwork (and all the little details) efficiently, and I left with a huge load off my mind.
The premises (parking area, office area) are spotless, not like a lot of U-haul rental places, and its location is such that I'm not worried about anybody breaking through the electric gate and bashing into my unit--and there's a waffle house right across the street!
But the best part of the experience was Mr Molina -- polite, professional, articulate and VERY efficient. You can't go wrong leasing a unit from this place.”

He always answers promptly and happily, doing everything he can no matter what! Not to mention he stays positive and does his job very well! I want to check out a couple more storage facilities before making g a decision. I’m in the fact finding stage.”
