if your not a business, don't bother going to Fastenal. There policy is to only deal with a business, and only after a credit check and account has been set up.

Slow service, phone calls not returned. Came out took my parts I need. Never returned them, never found what I needed. Smh. Giving a 2 star for the prompt visit of a sales person to my lot. Other than that the experience has sucked.
