While some apartments may be a bit dated, the team is working hard to improve the property. The new assistant manager made the application process smooth and easy. Some tenants have reported issues with unpleasant smells and a lot of activity outside, but overall, the maintenance team is doing a good job addressing residents' concerns. Recent reviews suggest that the new management, including Alexandra and Tasha, are excellent, and the apartments are being renovated with new appliances. Residents appreciate the prompt response from the maintenance team. Overall, Foxcroft Apartments offers a great living experience at a reasonable price.
Antonio Gabe me a tour a few weeks back on the spur of a moment and did a fantastic job explaining the space, area, and what to expect. Although the space is relative to their amazing prices, the customer service made the first part of the experience positive!

I used to live here great space and great area so I can get around Tampa the office on the other hand wasn't my favorite always closed and they did fix nothing

Awesome location right of the main street, great pool, and across from a gorgeous green forest. Apartments are decent the tenants are the reason for three stars. Expect to smell alot of weird smoke smells and have alot of people hanging out outside with alot of coming and going. New toilets tho ?
