“Today, my sales rep was Dylan at the north Dale Mabry Tampa, FL store. Let me tell you, this kid went beyond what I expected. This man was knowledgeable and asked all the right questions and answered all my questions. And you can tell he loved his job. He paid attention to details on my end and also offered me the best mattress for me and my wife. Wasn't even trying to rip me off because I know they work on commission. “Picked up our new umbrella today, and I love it! It matches our furniture slung in Fern Dance perfectly. We have also had 4 chairs and 3 chaises reslung recently (not the ones in this picture). This company is a pleasure to work with. Everyone is super nice. I've used 2 other companies in Bradenton for re-slinging, and the little bit of money you save with them is not worth the very long wait time and poor customer service. I will always use Cushion Solutions now.”

“I recently went in store to purchase a new washer/dryer set that I saw online. When I went in unfortunately they didn’t have the set I wanted in stock. So the manager let me know he would order my set and call me to set up an account over the phone. The manager (forgot his name) followed up with me two days after my initial visit to confirm I still wanted to place the order. He advised me that the set would be ready for delivery Friday. When Friday came he called and set up everything over the phone. We were able to set up a delivery time that worked for me. The delivery guy Gavin was amazing! I had an old washer and dryer in the area where I needed the new set to go and Gavin was more than willing to help me move it. He was extremely nice and efficient! Set up felt like it only took 5 minutes!!! I really appreciate the AMAZING service I received at this location!!! Good customer service is hard to find, so thank you guys so much for all your help!!!!”
“We purchased the OHCO M.8 NEO massage chair and we love it. Sish the owner of Relax In Comfort gave us all of the information we asked for and more. He spent around 2 hours with us at the store and continued to follow up afterwards on the phone to make sure the entire experience was perfect. Chris and Rosanna were excellent in helping us resolve the issue and get a replacement glass pretty quickly, which also came from Italy.
