On Sundays they don’t open at the time they say the do. Went there lights off and no one there

Attempted to check this store out on a Sunday. Hours says they open at noon. Several customers waiting outside at 12:05. No lights on, no staff in sight, doors locked. Guess the hours posted on their door are wrong?
