“I bought a few items here (lingerie, shoes, and perfume) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Jake in the shoe department, was especially helpful to me. He helped me find a pair of kitten heels for my birthday outfit this Friday and a pair of leather Burks as well. He even gave me his honest opinion about two different Burberry perfumes I was testing and considering.”

I went to Publix to ask if they could fix it but they said they couldnt, but could make me a new cake. And they sure did. And they even modified one of the ones they normally do for my son for his first birthday. Thank you to the ladies who helped make a one year old birthday more special. “I can appreciate the fact that the retail landscape has drastically changed and cut corners and now everything is a TJ Maxx format customer services done almost self check out,I’m good with all that but just don’t ask me to donate to the JCPenney‘s foundation after a 10 minute wheel chair ride to get to the counter so Penney’s can broadcast their philanthropy.
