The team here made the experience seamless and easy. I was able to get in and out quickly and returning the car was just as smooth. Will definitely look here again when I need to rent a vehicle in the future.

Consistently understaffed and rude. Long waits. Alicia is the only person that works there who tries hard to do the best she can with the people she has to work with. The store is dirty and not good representation of the Hertz brand. I will drive the extra 15 minutes and go to the airport versus deal with that customer...
