“Best rental experience of my life! They didn't have the car I reserved (Luxury SUV), and apologized multiple times and gave me the biggest one they had (Dodge Durango R/T). This was a two day reservation and they cut the price in half - $80 for 2 days of a Durango is more than okay with me! On top of that, upon leaving, they noticed the gas tank was not full and told me to just return it empty. Considering it was 2/3 full, this was basically $50 in free gas. Incredibly kind employees and a great experience. I am typically loyal to Hertz but will be returning to Enterprise next time I'm here.”

“So far rented two cars on separate occasions within the year. One was a 2022 Armada SL and the other a 2023 Camry Hybrid. Cars were clean inside and outside. Staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Convenient location near Drew Park where all the good Euro mechanics are at. When the daily is in the shop, it's nice to rent a car for a couple days and try driving something different for a change.”

“I needed to catch the airport in the morning for Utah and waited last minute to vaccum my rental. I drove all around the area and most places were closed or only took quarters. You don't understand what a blessing it was to drive and see they accepted cards here and I could vaccumm my car! “I have to say this was a great experience for us, we made it to the door exactly at 12p on Saturday and was welcomed by Alexis who stayed 30-40 min over her closing time to help us get into a rental for our weekend in Tampa. We had some issues with communication but that was with the call representatives and had nothing to do with local site. There was some confusion with our return time but the branch manager Marissa was very understanding and helped to resolve the issue. When we returned the vehicle we met Kaitlyn who wanted to make sure that we left being satisfied with everything and definitely made sure things were right. Marissa, Alexis and Kaitlin went above and beyond to offer us exceptional service!”

“Customer service aspect was pretty good- Justin was great and very helpful. The cars -- ahh could be better. I originally got a car that was badly maintained -- Noticed that error message came on immediately that it was out of wiper fluid but I didn't really say anything since I was in a rush and could add some myself. Few minutes later, the check engine light went on. So, I called and after being on hold for about 20 minutes got ahold of someone who told me to come and exchange the car. Exchange was easy, other then it being kind of inconvenient to have to take time away to do it at all but otherwise an easy process.”

“Easy pickup and easy return!But we did get lucky. Our incoming flight was delayed twice so we got to the rental check-in counter 4 hours late. There was a sign at desk saying they closed at 8 on. I'm not sure what would have happened if the flight had been delayed longer....”
