Arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment as requested. The lobby was full without any seating available. It's taken over an hour and still waiting. They advertise walk ins are welcomed.

Signed in at 7:30am for walk in urine drug screen, it’s now 9am and no one has said anything to me about a time frame of when I’ll be seen. Front desk staff is rude no one is communicating. Do not recommend this place at all.
