I've been renting from here for 4 years, anytime I have had an issue, Omar has been very effective and efficient in resolving the matter. He goes well above and beyond his job to do his best to accommodate.

We are very happy with the LIFE Storage on Kennedy and Rome. It’s clean, bright and well-run. TAMISHA provided us with excellent customer service; she has great listening skills and is a real problem-solver. Good place to keep your extra stuff!
