The staff is consistently described as absolutely lovely, very friendly, helpful, and providing great customer service.     This store has always been great . Tom is great & all the volunteers are great but until recently of a person ( assistant manager ? ) who acts so differently & rude . No clue & no idea of how things work - very heavy handed approach definitely not good for business . No customer service skills - not the right job for... read full comment
