They are a nice place for DIYers and keep the store very clean. Management is always willing to help. Employees sometimes feel understaffed, especially in the evening hours, and may not know where items are. Some customers say the staff is helpful, knowledgeable about Kobalt yard equipment, polite, kind and patient. Many shoppers come to get materials for remodeling work. Lowe’s is a reliable source for home improvement supplies.

Needed some assistance in the electrical dept and had the pleasure of being helped by Jose Soto. What a kind, knowledgeable, and patient employee he was regarding what I needed. He explained in detail giving me the best choices for my project and did his best explaining how to do it!!
